The National Care Sectors Conference: NDIS, Aged Care & Childcare will feature six thought-provoking panel discussions designed to explore the key pillars of reform and collaboration across aged care, disability support, mental health, ECEC, and veterans’ care. These panels will provide delegates with insights into innovative care models, sustainable funding and governance, workforce development and regulation, safeguarding and quality standards, and the role of technology and digital transformation in driving sector-wide change. Each panel brings together leaders, policymakers, practitioners, and lived experience voices to share knowledge, challenge assumptions, and inspire practical solutions.

Australia's aged care sector is at a decision point. One year into the new Aged Care Act, pricing reform remains unresolved, provider margins are under sustained pressure, and Western Australia faces one of the sharpest bed shortfalls in the country.

The Aged Care Sustainability Breakfast is a focused policy conversation, not a broad industry showcase, bringing together the people shaping and responding to reform: providers, financial analysts, peak bodies and government representatives. The agenda is deliberately narrow: sustainability, pricing, and what needs to happen before the next Federal Budget.
