International Men’s Day Leaders
We are delighted to welcome Professor Gary Martin FAIM, Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director of the Australian Institute of Management WA, to WA International Men’s Day 2026, part of our Inclusive Leadership Series.
Professor Martin is one of Australia’s most respected leadership voices, bringing extensive expertise in organisational culture, workforce development, executive leadership, and the future of work.
Throughout his career, he has worked closely with business leaders, government agencies, and community organisations to strengthen leadership capability and foster high performing, inclusive workplaces.

As organisations navigate rapid economic, technological, and social change, effective leadership has never been more important. Professor Martin brings a practical and thought provoking perspective on what leadership looks like in a modern world and how individuals and organisations can create cultures where people thrive.
His insights will contribute to important conversations around:
• Leadership in a changing world
• Building inclusive and high performing workplace cultures
• Workforce development and future skills
• Mental wellbeing and resilience in leadership
• The role of leaders in driving positive social and organisational change
• Creating workplaces where everyone can succeed
WA International Men’s Day 2026 is an opportunity to explore leadership, wellbeing, inclusion, and the positive role men play in workplaces, families, and communities.
Importantly, this event is for everyone. We warmly welcome both men and women who are committed to fostering inclusive leadership, stronger workplaces, healthier communities, and meaningful conversations about the future of leadership.
