We are thrilled to announce that Sandra Hills OAM, Chief Executive Officer of Benetas, will be joining our esteemed lineup of speakers at the National Care and Support Sector Conference 2026.

About Sandra Hills
As the leader of one of Victoria’s most influential not-for-profit aged care providers, Sandra brings a wealth of knowledge and a career spanning over 30 years across health, government, and community services. Since taking the helm at Benetas in 2009, she has been a tireless force for transformation, overseeing the expansion of services for approximately 10,000 clients across residential care, home care, and retirement living.
A Legacy of Advocacy and Excellence
Sandra is more than a CEO; she is a dedicated advocate for positive ageing and gender equality. Her contributions were formally recognized in 2017 when she was awarded the Medal of the Order of Australia (OAM). With a background that merges frontline nursing with high-level business strategy (MBA) and psychology (BA), Sandra offers a unique, holistic perspective on how the sector can evolve to meet the needs of a changing Australia.
