Elected to the Western Australian Legislative Council in 2025, she became the first member of the Australian Christians to enter any Australian parliament. She now leads her party and continues to serve the people of Western Australia with dedication and conviction.

Before her historic election, Maryka built a career dedicated to the heart of our community. With a background in community development and politics from Murdoch University, she spent years working in youth, community, and faith-based organisations.
Her political advocacy focuses on life, faith, family, and freedom. These values strongly align with our mission to honour the diverse ways women lead—in public life, in caregiving roles, and in community-building spaces.
