Melissa Price currently serves as the Shadow Minister for Science and the Shadow Minister for Cyber Security. She brings extensive leadership to these critical areas. Since her election in 2013, Melissa has represented Durack, the largest electorate in Australia. This diverse region spans vast parts of Western Australia.
Born in Kalgoorlie and now based in Geraldton, Melissa trained as a lawyer. She has over 20 years of experience in private practice and corporate legal management. During her political career, Melissa has held several important ministerial positions, including Minister for the Environment, Minister for Defence Industry, and Minister for Science and Technology.
