Ross Barron leads one of Western Australia’s top independent day and boarding schools. Since taking the position in 2019, after serving as Head of Senior School at Hale School, he has consistently championed inclusive leadership, community engagement, and high-quality teaching and learning.
Furthermore, Ross is a proud West Australian who grew up in Kalgoorlie and studied in Perth. He earned a Master’s degree in Education from Churchlands, which demonstrates his commitment to lifelong learning and continual growth. Moreover, he builds strong, cohesive teams through consultative and collaborative leadership. As a result, he takes an active role in Wesley College, participating in lessons, sports, and community events.
