As Director and General Manager, Mary transformed a family farm. Specifically, she turned wheat and sheep land into a yabby enterprise. Consequently, it gained global recognition. Also, she built export-standard facilities. Therefore, she created opportunities for local farmers.
Furthermore, Mary launched Mary’s Farm Cottages. This eco-friendly farmstay offers Wheatbelt hospitality. For instance, it provides rural experiences. As a result, tourism boosts the region. In addition, it strengthens the local economy. Clearly, Mary bridges industry, environment, and community.
