Mark brings over 26 years of engineering experience, with more than two decades dedicated to nuclear power. Before joining UBH Group, he served for 20 years in the United States Navy. Mark rose from nuclear electronics technician to officer, serving on three nuclear submarines and a nuclear-powered aircraft carrier. His roles spanned direct reactor operations, shipboard leadership, and nuclear safety oversight.
Mark holds degrees in nuclear engineering technology and cybersecurity, and he has extensive experience in nuclear plant operations, project management, and workforce development. His expertise has influenced both the US and international nuclear sectors. Since moving to Australia, he leads UBH Group’s nuclear initiatives and supports the nation’s shift toward advanced nuclear capability and compliance in support of the AUKUS partnership.
