Who We Are
For-Purpose Leaders is an independent policy and leadership think tank dedicated to fostering collaboration, innovation, and impactful change across Australia’s care and support sector. We are committed to driving transformative strategies that address the most pressing challenges within the aged care, disability support, veterans’ care, mental health and early childhood education and care (ECEC) sectors.
At For-Purpose Leaders, we operate on a foundation of knowledge exchange, open dialogue, and partnership-building. We bring together leaders, policymakers, practitioners, and individuals with lived experiences to create dynamic conversations. This enables us to provide independent public policy advice and support initiatives that aim to create systemic change and enhance the sector’s ability to address complex challenges.
