We are honoured to announce that Kim Brooklyn, CEO of Parkerville Children and Youth Care, will be joining the National Care and Support Sector Conference as one of our esteemed speakers. With a career spanning over 30 years in the community service sector, Kim brings a wealth of expertise, passion, and commitment to improving the lives of children, families, and communities across Australia.

Since joining Parkerville Children and Youth Care as Chief Executive Officer in November 2019, Kim has led the organization with a clear vision for providing sustainable, outcomes-focused services that truly make a difference. Holding a BA, Post Graduate Diploma in Psychology, and a Master’s in Psychology, Kim has not only delivered clinical services for children, youth, and adults with complex needs but has also dedicated the last 12 years to designing, overseeing, and enhancing a variety of services for the broader community.

Kim’s work is deeply rooted in an outcomes-driven, innovative approach that puts the needs of children and families at the center. Her role as the Independent Chair of the Western Australian Council of Social Service (WACOSS) Children Policy Advisory Council reflects her dedication to influencing meaningful change in the sector. As an advocate for collaboration across care services, Kim’s leadership extends beyond her organisation to contribute to broader community impact.
